Schedule of Daily Minyanim

Sanctuary Decorum

In an effort to hold respectful Shabbat and Yom Tov services, we are providing the following guidelines to our Congregants: When you arrive in our sanctuary, please proceed directly to your seat unless instructed otherwise by our ushers. If you should enter during the Rabbi’s sermon or during a portion of the service when the congregation is standing, such as the Kedusha, please stand patiently and quietly until the ushers admit you. If you have come to celebrate a simcha, please do not come forward to greet the celebrating families as it disrupts our prayers.

We ask that men wear a tie and jacket and that women wear a dress or skirt. We encourage modest dress to everyone in the congregation.
Men must wear a kippah. Although headcoverings for women are not mandatory, they are encouraged. Please note that women who are called to the bimah must cover their hair.

Jewish law prohibits smoking, writing, and the use of cell phones, pagers, cameras and all other electronic devices in our synagogue on Shabbat and Yom Tov.

Thank you for helping us maintain the decorum and dignity of our services.
