Warm up includes babies utilized as weights, followed by a variety of mom only fitness, abdominal strengthening,   yoga poses and stretching, and concluding with mommy meditation.

   Following the workout for mom and baby, we will sing and rhyme and play with baby while enhancing their strength   and brain development through knee bouncers, fingerplays, parachute activities, bubbles and more!!

   
   Age: 6 weeks - 9 months
   Wednesday mornings, 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
   Cost: $180 - 10 weeks


   September 10th, 17th, 24th (No classes October 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd) October 29th,   November 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, December 3rd, 10th - Last class
